| John and Jeff were very helpful from the first phone call. My 2013 GTI had an aftermarket clutch installed a ways back and was giving many issues. I had an OEM clutch kit installed and John gave immediate updates through calls and texts. JA Autowerks is very meticulous on providing great work on the car and great customer service. They also reached out a few days after the car was returned. Another additional note is that they don?t push any work upon you. They simply let you know the work needed to be done and let you make the final decision. |

| My experience with JA Auto has been beyond great. Unlike dealerships, they are a team of experts who will tell you what your car needs to get fixed without exaggeration. They are professional and curious in every way. The wait time as been also less than what they estimate for you. I live an hour away and will gladly drive the distance to fix or service my car there again. |
